GLOBAL RANKING SCALE
Ranking of the offer in 4 levels:
A - High-quality BA, conveniently located and with an extended offer of amenities, facilities and services - F between 4 and 5;
B - Conveniently located BA, with good spatial organization, which allows access to a broad range of amenities and facilities; however, with less critical mass, differentiations and/or advanced services - F between 3 and < 4;
C - Well-ordered BA, with appropriate spatial features (balance between common areas, critical mass and location); however, lower ranking in terms of amenities, facilities and advanced services - F between 2 and < 3;
D - BA without critical mass, and/or with less appropriate spatial and functional organization; low availability of amenities, facilities and advanced services - F equals < 2;
